Post: Retail Assistant
Contract: Temporary (up to 26 weeks) with potential for more
Hours: 16 or 30 hours per week
Salary: Living wage
We have managed to secure funding to support an unemployed person looking to get in to work, with a work placement for up to 26 weeks (with potential for more).
We are looking for a friendly reliable and customer focused individual, with a genuine love of home fragrance to join our team.
As Retail Assistant your main responsibility is to create a positive and welcoming in store shopping experience that ensures our customers become loyal brand ambassadors.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to connect with and speak to customers, gauge the level of support they would like while shopping, and use an in depth product knowledge to identify the perfect product for them.
Experience in customer service roles and using electronic point of sale software is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided (if you can shop online you will be able to use our till).
