Bye-bye gift boxes, hello sleek pouches
We’re ditching the old gift box packaging and switching to a smart, modern pouch that holds everything you need for a full refill. It’s simpler, easier to store, and helps cut down on packaging waste.
And yep—it’s now £1 cheaper
Thanks to the switch, we’re dropping the price of the full refill kit by £1. Same scent you love, just a bit lighter on the packing (and your wallet).
Modular refills: Buy only what you need
You’ve told us you want more flexibility, and we’ve heard you. With our new modular refill setup, you can now top up your diffuser your way, whenever it suits you. Choose from:
-100ml or 200ml scent refills
-Replacement reeds
-Replacement funnels
It means less waste, more control, and no need to buy parts you don’t actually need.
A heads up—our Loch Fyne loyalty program is ending
As we make this switch, we’ll also be saying goodbye to our Loch Fyne loyalty program at the end of September. So if you’ve got bottles to return, be sure to send them in before then to grab your last free refill.
